Information
For those interested in knowing more about the direct economy, we provide relevant background information, case studies and models.
Formation
For those interested in diagnosing their situation vis-à-vis the direct economy, we organize personalized learning experiences. Participants learn transformation skills through embedded participation in transformation projects.
Transformation
For those ready to actively engage in transforming themselves for the direct economy we offer strategic repositioning labs. We help define
project goals as well as compose and lead “think teams” composed of members of our transformation network.
We identify the hidden assumptions that prevail within an industry and challenge them from the ground up in order to reinvent the industry--its products, its services, its information systems-- towards the direct economy. Our joint goal should be to transform the basic
foundations of an industry.
